accesso Promotes TJ Christensen and Janel Pisorchik
accesso, a leading ticketing software company based in Lake Mary (Florida, USA), has promoted TJ Christensen and Janel Pisorchik to positions of vice president.
Christensen is now the company’s Vice President of Business Development and will lead the firm’s growth-related efforts including marketing communications, new client acquisition and partnership development as well as research and expansion of the company’s portfolio of services. Christensen, who previously worked with Wyndham Vacation Ownership and Walt Disney World, joined accesso in 2010.
Pisorchik has been elevated to Vice President of Business Operations, leading accesso’s service delivery division. Pisorchik’s extensive consumer products and high volume operations experience has been key in sustaining accesso’s client satisfaction while the company widely expanded its customer base and increased revenue. Janel joined accesso in 2008 after 16 years with The Walt Disney Co and three years with The Starbucks Coffee Co.
“These promotions and increased responsibilities recognize TJ and Janel’s leadership and commitment to driving accesso’s accelerated growth. Janel’s relentless focus on delivering extraordinary client satisfaction has been and will continue to define accesso’s core service promise. TJ’s success leading our marketing and sales efforts is evidenced by our strong brand positioning and successful client growth,” said Steve Brown, accesso CEO. “Both Janel and TJ will play a substantial role in accesso’s continued success and expansion.”
The promotions follow an extended growth streak at accesso which has included a new ticketing and e-commerce agreement with Cedar Fair Entertainment signed in the fall, and a six-year extension with Six Flags announced earlier this month.
