One World Studio to design and develop an unique

FEC franchise in Lebanon

The German creative design company One World Studio has been chosen by a large Lebanese group headquartered in Beirut to design, develop and manage the project installation of an unique FEC (Family Entertainment Center) franchise in Lebanon.

One World Studios is currently developping this concept under the name of LaLa Land, which will be introduced to the Lebanese market with 6 facilities that will be opened within the year 2012.

Olaf Mordelt, CEO of One World Studio stated "A great challenge was to incorporate a fast variety of entertainment possibilities on an average space of 450 sqm. We will have some very special features and ideas incorporated into this franchise project.”

LaLa Land will target children aged under 8 years and will be designed to be installed into shopping centers throughout the Arabian market where "the actual FECs do not cater for this particular age group in a safe and amusing environment" adds Olaf Mordelt.

Souvenirs, toys and merchandising will be created accordingly with the Lala Land franchise.
