ProSlide enters the market of Eastern Europe

The water slides and water parks attractions specialist ProSlide recently rolled into a new market, Eastern Europe, with the completion of two projects in Russia and Ukraine. It's a first for this company that has already delivered thousands of installations around the world, primarily the United States and Asia.

In Russia, ProSlide worked with White Sphere Company, a company providing turnkey solutions for the development of recreational water facilities. This partnership results in the opening of a new water park "Olympia Waterpark" located along the Red Sea in the tourist area of Anapa. Already considered as one of the most modern in the country according to international standards, it has exclusively purchased ProSlide rides.

The manufacturer has installed two water slides towers including a MACH 4™ complex which has the particularity to offer visitors 4 types of different experiences: a TOPSY-TURVY™ (family slide consisting of mini-funnels), a BulletBOWL™ (steep drop followed by a vortex / with rafts) and two PIPEline (standard slides with rafts). The second tower is a Speedway™ complex that consists of 4 high-speed water slides equipped with the patented SkyBox™ launch system: a cabin where the bottom drops to release the rider.

At nearly 23-meters (75-feet) high, these 4 water slides are two Plummet™ (steep drops) and two Superloop™ (slide performing a steep and wide circular motion). Finally, ProSlide installed a custom-designed water playground for children RIDEhouse™ with ancient Greece theming.

It is the largest installation of its kind in Europe with more than 200 elements, 8 kddie slides, a water wheel and a mini-version of TOPSY TURVY™.

The second project was completed in Ukraine on behalf of Sudak Waterpark, located in Crimea. ProSlide delivered a Speedway™ complex with two Superloop™ also equipped with the SkyBox™ launch system. Opened at the beginning of the summer season, this novelty is already very popular and has helped increase park attendance. Two other ProSlide slides featuring the SkyBox™ will be added to the complex in the coming months.
