PREMURSA moves forward with the purchase of the

land for Paramount Park & LifeStyle Center

Proyectos Emblemáticos Murcianos S.A. (PREMURSA) has made today the purchase of 103 hectares (about 255 acres) of land at Alhama de Murcia, Spain for the future construction of Paramount Park and LifeStyle Center. The amount of the transaction is about € 10,35 million.

The company hasn’t been able to run its option to purchase the remaining land (55 hectares / 136 acres) because it didn’t fulfill all the conditions necessary for the deed. “A situation that will not affect the normal development of the project” stated Jesús Samper, President and CEO of PREMURSA. “We are progressing, we can even say that we expect to lay the first stone in the next coming months”.

Masterplan of the LifeStule Center, a multi-cultural, business and leisure complex.

After the signing of the deed for the land acquired, Jesùs Samper commented “Today is an important step for this project that includes the first Paramount theme park in Europe and the creation of the LifeStyle Center; a multi-cultural, business and leisure complex”.

With a grand opening planned for the first half of 2015, Paramount Park Alhama de Murcia will become a singular destination in Europe which will feature the latest attractions, for all ages, distributed over 4 thematic areas; as well as 2 themed hotels.

For its part, the LifeStyle Center will host – when completed - 7 hotels and an entertainment district which will include a Street Mall, restaurants, bars, night clubs and casino as well as a business district which includes cutting-edge office designs, a convention center and an auditorium.
