The most visited amusement park in Belgium has still performed well at the beginning of summer. Indeed, he beat his record of the previous year with a 5% increase of attendance in July. Growth is increasing, Plopsaland De Panne has welcomed 240,000 people despite the poor weather and the cancellation of one special event night due to the heavy rains.
Open to the public since July 3 with its 10 attractions, the new covered area "Mayaland" has a huge success to many visitors. The arrival of Maya the Bee and friends in the park has been well received by visitors, which is understandable given the quality of work provided by Plopsa on this project. We will devote an article on this very soon!
These figures reinforce the strategy of Plopsaland De Panne, which aims a prolonged opening of the park with "Mayaland" and the future hotel. The park has done well out of the game while the other large amusement parks in Belgium have suffered a lot from the weather, especially Bellewaerde Park and Bobbejaanland.
